I want to recognize Ford from Hero Plumbing for his over the top service and care. My laundry room floor drain had raising water whenever I did a load of laundry. I called Hero and Ford arrived shortly after. The communication for arrival was clear and accurate and he showed up right on time, the same day I called. He was easily able to assess the situation and took the time to explain to me what was going on and how to remedy it. I loved his attention to detail, professionalism and ability to explain my opinions for clearing the clog. Ford’s transparency was very much appreciated- I didn’t feel pressured to choose an option. He got the water moving again and the cost was less than anticipated. He also took the time to share tips for avoiding issues in the future. I felt like I had a family member helping me! It felt so reassuring, like I could trust his expertise, because I felt like he genuinely cared. Thank you Ford!!

Thank you for getting my a/c fixed before this next hot weather comes. I appreciate all that the serviceman did for me today as I had a gel shot in rt knee and cortisone in Lt knee. If you can help it never get a gel shot in your knees as it hurt very very bad. I couldn’t walk the steps to the basement this afternoon so I am glad he found his way. Thank you very much from a 73 year old who has medical problems. Thank for coming out to explain that there was no cover over that spot and putting the other cover on top of the a/c again thank you for the information. Have a nice day Deb

Hero did not fix the problem on their first (expensive) visit to our home for our A/C repair, but when we called them two days later they came back out and replaced a part for us for no additional charge and our house finally feels cool again. This is why we continue to come back to Hero - they’re communicative and reliable at a moment’s notice, and they are reasonable & fair if they don’t get it right the first time. We appreciate the exceptional customer service!

Jack was my repairer and I would like to say he was very personable and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain every detail and he got my A/C back up and running. He kept it real and honest with me and didn't try to force an upsale. It helps that he was also a veteran so we could talk normal with each other like we usually do amongst other vets! Thank you so much jack!

Update after install: Max and Shaun installed a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Everyone we have encountered with Hero was friendly, considerate and had great communication. The install was flawless. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job inside the estimates timeframe. Also there were no unexpected add ons to the estimated price. They walked through the finished project to explain everything. Highly recommend Hero and we would use them again without hesitation. Thank you Hero. Justin completed our estimate. He was on time friendly and explained all of our options for the work needed. Brady was very helpful with great communication and explanation’s of what was needed for our situation.

We had a main sewer liner installed. The process was quick and very little dirt left for us to clean up. John and his crew of Jeff and Leo were here early. They worked together and finished the project in less time than they expected. We also had a new floor drain placed by Anthony. He also did great work. David N did the original assessment and recommended work to be done. We highly recommend Hero and appreciate every one of these individuals and their excelllent service. Thank you Hero team.

Anthony Mann was my “HERO!” He is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Anthony went above and beyond to find the best solution for my plumbing issue. Besides that, he was upfront about the cost and kept me informed about the work he was doing throughout his time in my home. I would highly recommend Anthony Mann, especially if you are a single person with little experience with plumbing problems! The bonus was that he was so kind and caring to my Schnauzer, Frankie 🌸.

5/5/2026 Brandon Sawina was amazing super respectful and helpful and professional at what he does I had called while at work early this morning explaining that my water heater was leaking water and I was trying to help my fiancé find someone to fix it then I remembered the Hero trucks that i had seen driving around in my old neighborhood so I had called them they came out same day and replaced the water heater and it works great Brandon also installed a new shut off valve also and the work looks great!!! If you have any issues I'd recommend calling Hero the workmanship is A+++++ also no pressure to buy anything is also great being a first time home owner. Will be using Hero in the future for my homes needs Thanks again Brandon Sawina and Hero I appreciate it greatly!!!

Carl did a good job by diagnosing to find what’s wrong with it. brad gave me good opinions to pick for new A/C, furance and water heater great guy to talk with! 2 other guys came over to replace everything, now it look amazing. I forgot the young man's name, he was nice and tall.. He did a fantastic job. Polite, in and out on a timely manner unplugging my drain.

We have a septic system. Response time was better than hoped for or expected. We called Friday evening, and they were out Sat morning. Dan was very professional, he was considerate of my home, and knew how to solve my sewer problem. He explained my options and cost differences. He apologized when it took longer than expected due to his having to run for a part. In review, he showed me a video of my now clean main line, tested all water lines to make sure they flowed freely and gave a suggestion on how to avoid the problem in the future. He also explained their guarantee. I recommend Hero and I recommend Dan for your sewer needs.

The electrician dispatched was Craig, super nice and friendly guy who came out for my service. Craig spent time talking to me and walking me through my options - never in a rush to get to the next one like some companies. He thoroughly explained everything to make sure I understood. Would definitely use Hero again, and as a matter of fact I have one of their plumbers coming out as well. We have been very happy with Hero and their service. *Update*: It won't let me post a separate review for the plumber, but Ryan was awesome too. Very quick, knowledgeable and gave me some tips as well. Super satisfied! Update #2: Had a gas line issue so needed another plumber. Schad came and was excellent. He was friendly, polite and professional. He even strikes up a conversation where other professionals don't. Would highly recommend Hero plumbing and Schad. Prices were very reasonable to me.
