Before any work begins, your Hero technician will provide a flat-rate, written quote. That number does not change once work starts. There are no fees added at the end of the job, no surprises when the invoice arrives, and no pressure to approve anything beyond what you requested, which means the quote you get up front is the price you’ll be paying. We believe in “doing what we say we will do.” Should there be any unforeseen circumstances or additional work required to meet the scope of work originally agreed upon, we will take that cost.3m
Fixed Right the First Time, Guaranteed
Hero technicians arrive at your home with the training, tools, and stocked parts to handle most jobs in a single visit. If a repair doesn’t hold up after we leave, we’ll come back and make it right at no additional charge.

Hero technicians respect your home the same way they would respect their own. That means drop cloths down, shoe covers on, and a thorough cleanup before we walk out the door. All property is protected, repaired, replaced, or compensated for your satisfaction. We carry up-to-date liability and Worker’s Compensation policies for peace of mind. When we leave, the only difference you should notice is that the problem is fixed.
Complete Comfort Guarantee
If your new system fails to keep you comfortable for the first year after installation, no matter how many attempts to resolve the issue, if we cannot maintain 75 degrees on a 95-degree day, and 70 degrees on a 17-degree day at the thermostat, we will replace the system at no charge. We guarantee that the system we have installed will perform as designed. If it does not, we will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. If we are unable to make the system perform as stated, we will remove the system and return your investment.

He was easily able to assess the situation and took the time to explain to me what was going on and how to remedy it. a month agoThank you for getting my a/c fixed before this next hot weather comes. I appreciate all that the serviceman did for me today as I had a gel shot in rt knee and cortisone in Lt knee. If you can help it never get a gel shot in your knees as it hurt very very bad. I couldn’t walk the steps to the basement this afternoon so I am glad he found his way. Thank you very much from a 73 year old who has medical problems. 2 months agoHero did not fix the problem on their first (expensive) visit to our home for our A/C repair, but when we called them two days later they came back out and replaced a part for us for no additional charge and our house finally feels cool again. This is why we continue to come back to Hero - they’re communicative and reliable at a moment’s notice, and they are reasonable & fair if they don’t get it right the first time. 2 months agoUpdate after install: Max and Shaun installed a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Everyone we have encountered with Hero was friendly, considerate and had great communication. The install was flawless. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job inside the estimates timeframe. Also there were no unexpected add ons to the estimated price. They walked through the finished project to explain everything. Highly recommend Hero and we would use them again without hesitation. Thank you Hero. Justin completed our estimate. He was on time friendly and explained all of our options for the work needed. Brady was very helpful with great communication and explanation’s of what was needed for our situation.

Do I need a Happy Home Club membership to get the Hero Guarantee?
No. The four-part Hero Guarantee applies to every Hero Home Services visit regardless of membership status. Happy Home Club members receive additional benefits on top of the Hero Guarantee, including priority booking, no dispatch fees, and 20% off heating and cooling repairs.
Are quotes really guaranteed in writing?

What does Clean House, Guaranteed mean exactly?
Your technician will lay down drop cloths to protect flooring, wear shoe covers throughout the visit, and clean the work area before leaving. If we move anything to access the work area, we’ll put it back. If you feel we fell short of that standard on any visit, call us and we’ll make it right.
